IntermixIT aims to include unlimited remote and onsite technical support with all of our Managed Service packages. Unlimited support means that you never have to worry about support hours. If there’s a problem, IntermixIT will take care of it. This saves everyone the time and trouble of keeping track of how often and how long we are on-site and eliminates the administrative work of hourly billing on our end.
Most of our technical support packages are all-inclusive and cover all support services for your employees. This includes (but is not limited to) virus removals, printing issues, general help desk issues, and emergency services. Although there are some services that fall outside of the scope of our unlimited packages, we’re upfront about all that is included and at no point will you receive a bill for services that you did not agree to. *Please note: Not everyone will qualify for unlimited service a network assessment is required for qualification .
