Technical

Network Administrator – Pro Support

The responsibilities of this position include consulting, installation, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting IT services to a variety of clients.

Job Requirements:

Service oriented attitude; ability to deliver IT project(s) on time and within budget; excellent professional appearance; tactful, concise, & articulate communications; ability to work independently, organize & schedule work phases; ability to be on-call as needed by clients. This position will require you to provide multi-level technical consulting services to our customers via telephone, site visits, internet, and email.

Candidate will be required to provide three professional references that will attest to the following: team oriented, energetic attitude and willingness to help wherever needed; professional appearance; good judgment and proactive decision-making skills; tactful, concise, & articulate communications; exceptional organizational and time management skills; and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and coordinate activities with competing deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008, 2012, XP, Vista, 7, 8 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Linux skillset a plus
  • Workstations, laptops, and peripherals installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013
  • VB Scripting & Powershell Scripting a plus
  • Experience with VMware, Citrix, and Hyper V
  • Server installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
  • Internet connections, routers, switching, gateways, security, firewalls, and anti-virus protection
  • Wireless and cable networking including LAN/WAN, Ethernet, switching, routing, TCP/IP
  • The following certifications are preferred: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, A+, Network+
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred

Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Help Desk Support Technician.  The ideal candidate will have previous call center or customer service experience, along with the ability to work in a fast growing, rapidly evolving environment.  The ideal candidate should not be afraid to talk to the customer you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrable skill with Windows OS, Windows Server OS, MS office, email, printers, anti-virus, spy ware removal, and networking.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues in a way that non-technical individuals can understand.
  • Ability to provide customer service over the phone, via the computer and occasionally onsite.
  • Ability to work independently.

We are looking for a skilled IT Sales Consultant with the drive and determination to help us expand our client base in the central PA area and nationally. We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of generating sales and are somewhat technical. They must have a technical grasp of infrastructure components and solutions that are used in small-medium size businesses. Technical training is provided if needed, but keep in mind, we are selling IT services and solutions to companies that expect that you have more knowledge about IT solutions than they do. We have found that if you have a base knowledge of hardware\software components and have worked in a corporate environment, you have a higher success rate of closing the prospect with a limited number of meetings. Your role is to communicate to the client that IntermixIT can handle their day to day IT operations more efficiently, so they can concentrate on their core business. Having technical/business experience assists in understanding the company’s dynamics to allow you to make connections quicker. The Sales Consultant needs to be able to communicate to an executive or decision maker confidently on proposed changes. IntermixIT will assign you a technical liaison when needed to assist you in our Sales process. Base salary plus commission is the compensation structure, and if you hit your goals you will be at/over $100,000 per year. Minimum Skills Required

• Minimum two years of direct selling experience

The Ideal Candidate will be an accomplished and commercially-driven marketing all-rounder with a minimum of two years’ proven successful campaigns experience in the IT, software or business services sector. A strong digital marketing pedigree is essential, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a ‘hands-on’ attitude and the ability to hit deadlines and multitask under pressure. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.

The ideal Sales Rep must be able to demonstrate excellent selling & communication skills in a fast-paced Information Technology business environment. A combination of quality account development, B2B cold calling, fearlessness, humor, and aggressive sales skills are required for this position. 3+ years sales experience preferred. Candidates must be capable of identifying and reaching out to key decision makers in small to mid size companies and present a clear message about the business results and value that IntermixIT provides our clients. We will train candidates to understand the message and our effective sales process. We need a champion who is accustomed to a high activity/good outcome environment.

Outcomes:

This role has a revenue quota and activities are measured. Calls, Contacts, Emails, Meetings, Networking/Events/Trade Shows, etc.. IntermixIT has a proven sales & marketing process. You will be trained and managed to the process.

Requirements:
